We maintain and in many causes train professional photographers our unique approach to property photos. Our approach is wide angle & high definition rendering which result in a photo that shows the entire room along with the view out those windows without appearing over edited. These grab potential guest's attention! No charge at all to our owners!

No Advertising Fees

In addition to our own website, we partner with all the big names in the vacation rental industry such as vrbo and rentabeach. These sites make money by charging advertising fees. We pay those fees and never pass along a penny to our owners.

No Padding of Repair Bills

Many of our competitors claim they handle the maintenance on the properties they represent yet they actually contract with a sub-contractor and then generate an invoice with a hidden upcharge. That's a great deal . . .for them. We pass along all maintenance invoices and never pad the cost. Dollar for Dollar is what you are billed for any maintenance issues.

Some companies pride themselves that they don't charge for lightbulbs . . we never thought it was that big of a deal. Of course we never charged! Our inspectors switch out any burnt bulbs after each guest's departure. Our owners never see a charge.
