We were one the first Topsail companies to embrace HDR photography. HDR photography is a special technique that allows a wide angle view of well lit room along with a clear view of those beautiful views through the windows. Our technique gives a natural eye view that doesn't look over edited. These photos grap guests attention and makes them feel secure the property will be just as represented.

Lewis Realty Associates, Inc. was the first company to start experimenting and gain a flight exemption from the FAA way back in 2012 to use "drones" for aerial photography in the Topsail Area. Drones capture a unique perspective that answers many questions and helps your property really stand out.
3D Models & Floor Plans
Again Lewis Realty Associates, Inc. was the first company in coastal North Carolina to embrace virtual reality and 3d modeling. This technology allows someone a thousand miles away to virtually walk through your property. They no doubt will see all it's unique features and book it.
